Processing & Shipping Schedule
Prepared orders are shipped every Monday (the Monday after preparation).
Orders typically take 1–3 business days to be packaged and shipped after placement. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
Important note for 3D printed / custom products: Some items are produced on-demand using 3D printing if not in stock. This may add extra processing time (typically 3–10 additional business days, depending on queue, complexity, and current workload) before the item can be packaged and shipped. We'll aim to communicate any expected delays via email or order notes if significant. Thank you for your patience—your custom piece will be worth the wait!
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the item's weight, dimensions (volume), and destination. We use the smallest suitable packaging for safe delivery.
We make every effort to ensure your product arrives in excellent condition. In case of any issues or discrepancies, please contact us—we'll discuss options such as exchange, store credit, or refund.
Important Notes
- No holding of purchased items: Once an order is placed, we begin packing and shipping as soon as possible. (Note: 3D printed/custom items may require additional production time—see Processing & Shipping Schedule above.)
- No deliveries to P.O. Boxes for USA and International orders. (Canadian P.O. Boxes are accepted and shipped via Canada Post.)

Shipping is divided into three zones based on distance from our Calgary, Alberta location:
- Prairie Zone — Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba
- Western Zone — British Columbia
- Eastern & Remote Zone — Ontario, Quebec, Atlantic provinces, and all Territories
Final shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight, package dimensions, and exact destination. Approximate base rates are shown below (actual amount may vary).

Final shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on actual weight, dimensions, and destination. Taxes are added automatically based on the shipping address.
USA Orders
Shipped via USPS (through our partner DYK Post).
Base shipping starts at approximately $15 CAD. We include estimated duties and tariffs in the order total at checkout whenever possible (landed cost).
International Orders
Shipped via FedEx (through DYK Post).
Base shipping rates vary by country and are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, and import fees that may apply upon arrival in their country.
Customs, Duties & Tariffs
For USA orders, we calculate and include estimated customs duties and tariffs in your order total at checkout whenever possible.
For International orders, buyers are fully responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, VAT/GST, and import fees charged by their local customs authorities.
We recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering.
