I was under the impression that materials for this item is what was being purchased for 16.00 dollars, not a pdf file. My loss , I was told by the seller no refund. Kaiyoot Response: The description for this item is very clear it is a digital pdf download and that NO materials would be mailed out. When Relena contacted me that she had not received the item, I told her it was a digital pdf download and explained how she could do download it. She then downloaded the instructions and then became upset when she realized no materials were included with the pdf. Had she not downloaded the pdf, I could have given her a refund.
