Free Ride Route Tokens
These custom route tokens are designed specifically for the board game Free Ride and/or Free Ride USA. The game’s route table and map require constant cross-referencing, which slows gameplay. This set of 7 route tokens solves that problem by clearly marking active routes on both the route table and the map itself.
Each token features a unique color paired with a distinct custom shape, making the set fully colorblind-friendly. Players can now instantly identify which cities belong to each active route with a quick glance at the map—no more bouncing back and forth between the route table and the board.
How the Tokens Work
Each route in Free Ride can be formed by either cards 1+2 or cards 2+3 in each column. These tokens make tracking them effortless:
- Route Table: Place a map token at the top of each route column to clearly label each of the 7 possible active routes.
- Map: Place the matching city tokens directly on the cities that belong to each active route.
- Instant Clarity: Players can now see at a glance which cities they need to visit to start a route, dramatically speeding up decision-making and reducing downtime.
